WedneXo operates as an online platform that may allow Couples and other users to discover, compare, contact and interact with wedding Vendors.

Vendors are independent businesses or service providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not employees, agents, partners or representatives of WedneXo.

WedneXo does not act as the Couple's wedding planner, photographer, videographer, caterer, venue, decorator, makeup artist or other wedding-service provider merely because a Vendor is listed on the platform.

2. Vendor Information

Vendor profiles may contain information such as:

• Business names.
• Service descriptions.
• Photographs and videos.
• Pricing or price ranges.
• Locations.
• Years of experience.
• Reviews and ratings.
• Qualifications or claims made by Vendors.

Much of this information may be supplied by Vendors themselves. WedneXo does not guarantee that every Vendor statement remains accurate, complete or current at all times.

3. No Guarantee of Vendor Services

Users should independently evaluate Vendors before entering into a contract or making any payment.

4. Couple-Vendor Transactions

Any booking, quotation, payment, contract, cancellation, refund, dispute or other commercial arrangement between a Couple and a Vendor is generally a direct relationship between those parties.

WedneXo does not automatically become a party to such arrangements merely because the parties discovered each other through WedneXo.

Users should carefully review contracts, payment terms, cancellation policies and service commitments before proceeding.

5. Pricing Information

Prices displayed on Vendor profiles may be estimates, starting prices, package prices or other Vendor-provided information.

Prices may change depending on date, location, event size, selected services, customisation, taxes, availability and other factors.

Users should confirm the final price directly with the Vendor before making a booking or payment.

6. Availability

A Vendor appearing on WedneXo does not necessarily mean that the Vendor is available on the user's preferred wedding date.

Users should confirm availability directly with the Vendor.

7. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews and ratings represent the opinions or experiences of individual users and do not necessarily represent the views of WedneXo.

WedneXo may moderate or remove reviews that violate its policies, but does not guarantee that every review is completely accurate or independently verified.

8. Verified Vendor Badge

A "Verified Vendor" badge indicates that the Vendor has completed the applicable verification process determined by WedneXo.

9. Vendor Portfolio and Creative Content

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to upload photographs, videos, logos, descriptions and other content to WedneXo.

WedneXo does not guarantee that every image, video or portfolio item uploaded by a Vendor is originally created or legally owned by that Vendor.

Suspected copyright or intellectual property infringement may be reported to info@wednexo.com.

10. Accuracy of Information

We aim to maintain useful and accurate platform information, but information can become outdated or may contain errors.

WedneXo does not guarantee that all information available on the platform is:

• Complete.
• Current.
• Error-free.
• Suitable for every user's circumstances.
• Accurate at the exact time of a user's decision.

11. User Due Diligence

Users are responsible for conducting reasonable due diligence before engaging a Vendor.

Depending on the circumstances, users may wish to:

• Speak directly with the Vendor.
• Verify the Vendor's business details.
• Request a written quotation.
• Review a written contract.
• Confirm the final price and deliverables.
• Confirm cancellation and refund terms.
• Verify the authenticity of portfolio work.
• Use appropriate payment methods.

12. No Guarantee of Leads or Bookings

Paid or free Vendor visibility on WedneXo does not guarantee a specific number of:

• Profile views.
• Enquiries.
• Leads.
• Calls.
• Bookings.
• Customers.
• Revenue.

Business results depend on many factors outside WedneXo's reasonable control.

13. Third-Party Websites and Services

WedneXo may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, social media pages, maps, booking services or other external services.

Third-party websites operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies and practices.

WedneXo is not responsible for the content, availability, security, accuracy or practices of third-party websites except to the extent required by applicable law.

14. Technical Availability

WedneXo aims to keep the platform available and functional, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, security incidents, hosting problems, network failures or other circumstances.

15. Security Disclaimer

WedneXo uses reasonable security measures to protect its systems and information.

However, no online service can guarantee absolute security against every possible cyberattack, unauthorised access, technical failure or other security incident.

16. User-Generated Content

Content submitted by Users or Vendors may reflect their own views and claims.

WedneXo does not necessarily endorse user-generated content and may remove or restrict content that violates applicable policies or law.

17. Professional and Legal Advice

Information published on WedneXo is intended for general informational and platform-related purposes.

It should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, medical, professional or other specialised advice.

Users should consult an appropriately qualified professional where specialised advice is required.

18. Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WedneXo seeks to limit its responsibility for losses arising from matters outside its reasonable control or from independent interactions between Users and Vendors.

This may include disputes concerning Vendor services, inaccurate Vendor claims, missed events, cancellations, pricing disputes, service quality, booking failures or commercial losses.

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. Indirect or Consequential Loss

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WedneXo does not assume responsibility for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from a user's interaction with a Vendor or use of the platform.

This clause does not override mandatory legal protections or remedies available to users.

20. Fraud and Suspicious Activity

Users should immediately report suspected fraudulent Vendor profiles, scams, impersonation, fake reviews or other suspicious activity to:

21. Changes to Vendor Information

Vendors are responsible for keeping their business information, pricing, contact details, services and other profile information reasonably current.

WedneXo may provide tools that allow Vendors to update their information, but does not guarantee that every Vendor will update information immediately.

22. No Agency or Partnership

Listing or featuring a Vendor on WedneXo does not create an agency, employment, partnership, franchise or joint-venture relationship between WedneXo and that Vendor unless expressly agreed in writing.

23. Changes to This Disclaimer

WedneXo may update this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, business model, services, policies or applicable law.

The latest version will be published on this page with the applicable effective date.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory legal requirements.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to this Disclaimer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
