WedneXo is a wedding discovery, directory and lead-generation platform operated by Pranav TechLabs ("WedneXo", "we", "us" or "our").
WedneXo connects individuals and couples planning weddings with wedding-related businesses and professionals ("Vendors").
For purposes of applicable data protection laws, the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data may be considered the relevant data fiduciary or equivalent responsible entity, as applicable to the particular processing activity.
2. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the WedneXo website, registration forms, Vendor profiles, enquiry forms, communications, account features and other WedneXo services that link to this Privacy Policy.
This policy does not govern third-party websites, applications or services that may be linked from WedneXo. Such services have their own privacy policies.

4. Vendor KYC and Verification Information
Certain Vendors may be required to complete identity, business or KYC verification before their profile or particular platform features are activated.
KYC information may include identity documents, business documents, contact information, tax information or other information reasonably required for verification.
Important: KYC information submitted for verification is not intended to form part of the Vendor's public profile. WedneXo will handle such information for verification, security, compliance and related legitimate purposes, subject to applicable law.
A Vendor's verification status does not constitute a guarantee, certification or endorsement of the Vendor's services.
5. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information for purposes including:
- Creating and managing user accounts.
- Providing WedneXo's directory and discovery services.
- Connecting Couples with relevant Vendors.
- Processing enquiries and quotation requests.
- Sending enquiry and account notifications.
- Vendor verification and KYC checks.

6. Lead Generation and Sharing Information with Vendors
A core function of WedneXo is to help Couples discover and contact wedding Vendors.
When a Couple intentionally submits an enquiry, quotation request or contact request to a Vendor, information reasonably necessary to respond to that enquiry may be shared with the relevant Vendor.
This may include:
- Name
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Wedding date or approximate date
- City or location
- Wedding requirements
- Budget or other information voluntarily submitted in the enquiry
Lead Sharing Notice: Before submitting an enquiry, users should understand that the information they provide may be shared with the Vendor selected by them so that the Vendor can respond to the request.
Once information is shared with a Vendor, the Vendor may process that information according to its own privacy practices and legal obligations. Users should review the Vendor's privacy practices where applicable.
7. Public Vendor Profiles
Vendors may voluntarily provide information intended for public display.
Public Vendor profile information may include:
- Business name
- Business category
- Service locations
- Business contact information where enabled
- Portfolio images and videos
- Business description
- Pricing or package information
- Website and social media links
- Ratings and reviews
Vendors should not submit confidential personal information, passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information for public display.
8. Reviews, Ratings and User-Generated Content
Users and Vendors may submit reviews, ratings, photographs, videos, comments, descriptions or other content.
By submitting such content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it and that the content does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.
WedneXo may display, moderate, restrict, remove or preserve such content in accordance with its Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and applicable law.

WedneXo may use cookies, local storage, session technologies and similar technologies to operate the website and maintain user sessions.
Depending on the implementation, these technologies may be used for:

Following a valid deletion request, WedneXo will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise personal information that is no longer required, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution or other lawful retention requirements.
Please note: Deleting an account does not necessarily mean that every record is immediately and permanently removed from every backup, legal record or third-party system.
