Is WedneXo a wedding vendor?
No. WedneXo is a discovery and planning platform. Independent vendors provide and contract for their services.
What is an owner-verification listing?
It is a public research listing the business has not yet authenticated or managed. Verify every important detail directly.
How does vendor registration work?
Create a vendor account, verify through WhatsApp OTP with email fallback (or Google), complete category-specific details and submit the profile for admin review.
Can couples receive several proposals?
Yes. A couple can publish one structured requirement. Matching approved vendors may send private, comparable quotations.
Are contact details protected in chat?
Phone numbers, email addresses and external links are masked until the couple explicitly reveals contact in that conversation.
What happens to category inspiration images?
They appear when a listing has no approved original image. Approved original portfolio media replaces the category fallback automatically.
Does AI publish vendors automatically?
No. AI research creates private drafts with source evidence. An administrator must verify and approve each profile before it can become public.
Can a vendor repeatedly run Auto SEO?
No. It is limited to one successful run per vendor unless an admin restores the credit for a justified retry.
How do I report incorrect or stolen content?
Use the report control on the relevant content or contact info@wednexo.com with the exact URL and supporting evidence.
