1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing WedneXo you agree to these Terms and the referenced policies. You must be legally capable of entering a contract. Accounts for business use must be created by an authorised person.
2. Our role
WedneXo provides discovery, profile, planning, enquiry and communication tools. Wedding vendors are independent businesses. Unless a transaction expressly identifies WedneXo as the seller, WedneXo is not a party to the service contract, does not control performance and does not guarantee availability, quality, pricing or outcomes.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, protect credentials and notify us promptly of unauthorised access. OTPs are confidential. We may suspend accounts for fraud, impersonation, abuse, legal risk or policy breaches.
4. Marketplace content
Profiles may be self-created, admin-created or compiled from permitted sources. Listings awaiting owner verification provide claim and correction options without placing an “Unclaimed” badge on every card. Users must independently verify material claims. Featured placement is promotional and does not constitute endorsement.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service; upload malware; impersonate others; manipulate reviews; infringe rights; evade limits; or use personal information for spam or unlawful discrimination.
6. Intellectual property
WedneXo branding, software and original editorial content are protected. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to host, transform, display and distribute it only to operate, promote and improve the service, subject to law and your settings.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. For other claims, WedneXo’s aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid WedneXo in the preceding 12 months, if any. Indirect and consequential losses are excluded to the extent lawful.
8. Governing framework and changes
Indian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Courts with competent jurisdiction where WedneXo operates will apply unless law requires otherwise. Material changes will be posted with an updated date; continued use after notice means acceptance.
