These terms are written to explain the live WedneXo workflows. Headings and summaries aid reading; the full text controls.
1. Listing sources
Profiles may be submitted by vendors, created by administrators, migrated with authority, or imported from a provider whose licence and platform terms permit the intended use. Import tools remain locked until the operator confirms those rights.
2. Owner-verification profiles
These listings have not yet been authenticated or managed by the business. Public facts may be incomplete. Category images are inspiration only and must not be interpreted as that vendor’s work.
3. Claim and approval
Secure claim links expire and are single-use. A claimant must create a vendor account and may be asked for domain email, phone, registration, invoice or other evidence. Claimed profiles return to pending review.
4. Images after approval
Category inspiration images are selected from an admin-managed pool until authorised original portfolio media is uploaded and approved. Approved originals replace the category fallback automatically.
5. Ranking and featured placement
Default ordering may consider featured status, profile completeness, recency, relevance and review signals. Paid or editorially featured placement is labelled. We may adjust ranking to prevent gaming and improve relevance.
6. Badge meanings and controls
Verified is issued only after final administrator ownership and business review. Featured, Premium, Popular and Handpicked are administrator-controlled. Top Rated requires at least five published reviews with a 4.5 or higher average; Emerging reflects the first 90 published days; Budget Friendly and Elite use relative starting-price tiers within the same city and category. Multiple badges may appear together. Price badges are not quality guarantees, and any badge may be removed after material changes, abuse or re-verification.
7. Corrections, duplicates and closure
We may merge duplicates, correct obvious errors, mark a business closed or remove unlawful content. Owners and affected persons can submit evidence through support. We preserve audit records of material changes.
8. No endorsement
Inclusion, verification or a complete profile does not guarantee service quality, solvency, licences or suitability. Couples must conduct their own checks.
