These terms are written to explain the live WedneXo workflows. Headings and summaries aid reading; the full text controls.
1. Authority and verification
You confirm you are authorised to represent the business and that submitted identity, contact, pricing, availability and service information is accurate. We may request verification and may decline or pause publication.
2. Original and authorised media
Upload only work you own or have permission to display, including necessary client and photographer permissions. Do not present category placeholder imagery or third-party work as your own portfolio.
3. Leads and couple data
Use enquiry information only to respond to that couple’s request, secure it appropriately, and do not add the person to unrelated marketing without consent. Do not sell or broadly share lead data.
4. Pricing and commitments
State genuine starting prices and material conditions. Written quotes, taxes, travel, substitutions, cancellations, delivery and refunds are your responsibility. Honour confirmed commitments and applicable consumer law.
5. Reviews and conduct
Do not buy, fabricate, exchange or pressure for reviews. You may report a review with specific evidence. Disagreement alone is not grounds for removal.
6. Profile licence and removal
You grant the limited content licence described in the Terms. On closure, we may retain minimum records for disputes and may keep a factual unclaimed public record where lawful, with claim/correction options.
7. Enforcement and indemnity
Policy breaches may reduce visibility, pause leads, suspend the profile or terminate access. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims arising from your services, content, rights violations or misuse of couple data.
