1. Vendor responsibility
A vendor must own or hold sufficient permission for every image, video, logo, testimonial and description it submits, including any client or photographer permissions required for public display.
2. Report requirements
Send the exact WedneXo URL, identify the protected work, explain your rights or authority, identify the challenged content, provide reliable contact information and state the requested action. Knowingly false notices may create liability.
3. Review and interim action
We may request evidence, temporarily restrict content, notify the uploader where lawful and consider a documented counter-position. Urgent privacy or safety concerns can be handled separately.
4. Repeat misuse
Repeated or serious rights violations can lead to content removal, publishing limits, loss of visibility or account suspension. We may preserve records required for disputes or lawful process.
5. No web-image importing
WedneXo’s AI research workflow does not fetch or copy vendor portfolio images. Listings without approved original work use only the category pool managed by the operator.
