These terms are written to explain the live WedneXo workflows. Headings and summaries aid reading; the full text controls.
1. Plan scope
Each plan page states current image, video, quotation, visibility and support limits. Features are account-specific, non-transferable and may require an approved, claimed profile. Free and paid limits can change prospectively with reasonable notice.
2. Ordering and activation
An upgrade request is not a purchase or guarantee of placement. Where payment is enabled, activation occurs only after WedneXo confirms the order, applicable taxes and payment. The order record and invoice form part of these terms.
3. Featured visibility
Featured placement is promotional, is identified through ranking or presentation signals, and does not guarantee a minimum number of impressions, leads, enquiries or bookings. Relevance, safety and policy controls may override promotion.
4. Renewal, expiry and limits
The checkout must disclose renewal and cancellation terms before any recurring billing is activated. At expiry, a profile may move to the Starter plan; excess stored media can be retained privately or become unavailable for new publishing until limits are restored.
5. Refunds and suspension
WedneXo-collected charges follow the Payments & Refund Policy and order-specific terms. Fraud, prohibited content, review manipulation, lead misuse or legal risk may suspend features without creating a right to continue unsafe or unlawful activity.
6. Vendor services remain independent
Subscription fees purchase platform tools or promotion only. WedneXo is not a party to the vendor–couple service contract and does not receive authority to promise a vendor’s availability or performance.
