1. Information, not professional advice
Marketplace content, budgets, checklists, guides, AI-assisted drafts and vendor suggestions are general planning information. They are not legal, financial, tax, safety or professional advice and may not fit every event.
2. Independent vendors
Vendors are independent service providers. WedneXo does not direct their staff, guarantee licences, availability, prices, portfolio ownership, solvency, quality, safety or delivery, and is not responsible for promises made outside an expressly identified WedneXo service.
3. Research and owner-verification listings
AI-assisted vendor research is held as a private draft until admin review. Published research listings can still become outdated or incomplete. Category inspiration images are not evidence of that vendor’s work.
4. User verification
Before booking, verify identity, current contact details, scope, team, permissions, contracts, taxes, cancellation terms and traceable payment instructions. Independently inspect venues and time-sensitive information.
5. Technical availability
We work to keep the portal secure and available, but maintenance, connectivity, third-party APIs, email, WhatsApp, YouTube or hosting can fail. Keep independent copies of critical contracts, invoices and wedding-day details.
6. Mandatory rights preserved
Nothing in this disclaimer removes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
