1. Purpose and scope
Verification helps establish control of a business profile and consistency of selected business facts. It is not a guarantee of service quality, financial standing, availability, licences or future conduct.
2. Possible evidence
Depending on risk and category, we may ask for domain email access, registered mobile verification, business registration or tax material, address evidence, invoices, contracts, professional licences or proof of authority. Collect only what is reasonably necessary.
3. Profile and media checks
We may compare public business details, require original or authorised media, investigate duplicates and review high-risk changes. Sensitive verification files should be stored privately with restricted access and retention limits.
4. Badge meaning
A verification indicator means the stated WedneXo check was completed at that time. It does not mean WedneXo endorses the vendor or accepts responsibility for the vendor contract.
5. Ongoing review
Material changes, credible reports, suspected takeover, repeated disputes or expired evidence may trigger re-verification, limited visibility or suspension.
6. Couple checks
Couples should still confirm current identity, dates, team, scope, licences where relevant, cancellation terms and traceable payment details before booking.
